Is the massage too strong?
No – you choose between 3 modes and regulate the pressure using the strap. It's best to start gently.
How is Moo loaded?
Easily via USB-C: plug in the cable, charge, unplug – and enjoy a wireless massage wherever you want. The device features a rechargeable lithium battery.
Can I turn off the heat?
Yes. You switch on the heat (40 °C or 45 °C) separately using the heat button.
How quickly will my order arrive?
Usually within 8–24 days. You will receive a tracking number via email.
What if I don't like it?
You have 30 days to test it. Just write to us – you can find the details in our cancellation policy.
Is this a medical device?
No. Moo is a wellness massager for everyday relaxation. For persistent or severe discomfort, please consult your doctor.
For whom is Moo not suitable?
Do not use with a pacemaker, during pregnancy, or in the case of injuries or inflammation in the neck area. If in doubt, consult a doctor beforehand.
Does it pull your hair?
For long hair, we recommend tying it up or placing a thin cloth underneath.
